- Personal Info: Regin is studying to be a ships captain and is currently
a skipper. His first competition ever was the WSM 1996 where he believes he could have
finished better had he not injured his foot. He is very fast when it comes to running and loading events
and he doesn't think he can be beaten in the weight-carry.
Regin attributes his speed to the fact that he has played a lot
of football. He has been the Faroe's Strongest Man since they started the competition in 1994.
