  • Personal Info: Gerrit has established himself as a genuine threat in the WSM competitions for the past 6 years. He is always a threat in powerlifting events and has proven to be one of the world's greatest deadlifters. He has a wife named Olivia, and loves to spend time with his two Yorkshire Terriers and in the outdoors.

    He won three world powerlifting titles between 1988 and 1990 and is arguably the greatest powerlifter ever, as he has topped totals of greats like Don Reinhoudt and Bill Kazmaier.
